About the Role

Aramark UK is looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join their team at Dunblane Juniors in Central Scotland. In this role, you will help deliver exceptional hospitality experiences as part of a team committed to making a difference every day through quality food and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Sous Chef to deliver high-quality meals with minimal waste
• Maintain food levels and brand standards across all services
• Prepare dishes for pupils and staff in line with menu recipe cards
• Support with kitchen checklists and post-service analysis
• Follow kitchen procedures and hygiene standards at all times
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements

Essential

• A relevant culinary qualification
• Previous kitchen experience in a similar environment
• Food safety certification, or willingness to complete training via Aramark’s e-learning platform
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Ability to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Group (PVG) clearance via Disclosure Scotland and MoD BPSS security clearance
