About the Role

Morgan Hunt is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Electrical Installation Lecturer to join a further education college in London on a temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching across electrical installation programmes, inspiring the next generation of qualified electricians and supporting students in achieving their qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across electrical installation programmes
• Plan and prepare teaching materials aligned with programme and awarding body standards
• Support students of varying experience levels to achieve their qualifications
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive, timely feedback
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and professional learning environment

Requirements

Essential

• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• Strong industry knowledge and practical skills in electrical systems
• Ability to plan and deliver effective, engaging lessons
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for teaching

Desirable

• Previous lecturing or training experience in a further education or similar setting
• Recognised teaching qualification such as AET, PTLLS, CET, or equivalent
