We are currently seeking an experienced, dedicated, and hands-on Store Manager for our Domino’s Pizza location in West Lothian, Scotland. This is a senior management position for candidates with a proven track record in UK Domino’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Take full control of first-line management (FLM)
• Lead, motivate, and train your team to provide outstanding customer service
• Manage stock control, inventory, and store ordering systems
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health standards, including HACCP regulations
• Recruit and develop team members to foster a positive and high-performing work environment
• Respond to customer feedback and utilise it to enhance service and store performance
• Meet sales, labour, and food cost targets to ensure profitability
• Implement marketing strategies and promote upselling to maximise sales
• Ensure all team members adhere to Domino’s UK standards and policies
• Always have the store ready for a 5-star OSA inspection
