RAFA Kidz Ltd is looking for an experienced and hands-on Nursery Room Leader to join their multi award-winning nursery in High Wycombe. This is a senior permanent role within a management team, ideal for an experienced Room Leader or a Level 3 Practitioner ready for their next challenge.

About the Role RAFAKidz is seeking a passionate and fully hands-on Nursery Room Leader to join their team at their High Wycombe nursery. As Room Leader, you will be part of the management team and a role model to other staff members, responsible for creating a stimulating and exciting nursery environment while supporting colleagues in their professional development.

Qualities Required

• Experienced Room Leader or Level 3 Practitioner ready to take the next step in your career
• Minimum of one year’s experience working at a Level 3 position in an early years environment
• Good understanding of the EYFS learning outcomes and ability to plan for children’s learning and development
• Ability to encourage, motivate, and support colleagues to continually demonstrate best practice

Key Responsibilities

• Take a fully hands-on role in creating a stimulating, exciting, and high-quality nursery setting
• Lead and manage the room, acting as a role model and mentor to other staff members
• Plan for children’s learning and development in line with EYFS outcomes
• Support colleagues in their learning journey towards qualifications
• Contribute to nursery management as part of the wider leadership team
• Maintain exceptional standards of childcare for the local community
