About the Role

Compass Group’s ESS Defence division is recruiting talented Bar Staff to help deliver beautifully crafted drinks and exceptional customer service at a Defence establishment in Liss. As Bar Personnel, you will use your skills to provide first-class service and perfectly presented drinks to customers. This is a casual, permanent role with variable shift patterns, offering every opportunity to grow within a company that invests in its people and rewards those who go above and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality food that delights customers
• Maintain an effective bar service with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Keep the bar area clean and well-presented at all times
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all beverages served, how to prepare them, and how they should be presented
• Receive and process payments by cash and credit card
• Be an enthusiastic team player and an excellent communicator at all times
• Represent ESS Defence professionally and maintain a positive brand image
• Comply with all Food Handling and Hygiene standards
• Comply with all Health and Safety regulations
