Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching in Business Management across Level 4 to Level 6 and Higher Education programmes
  • Support student progress, achievement, and academic development throughout the course
  • Design and develop engaging curriculum content aligned with programme outcomes
  • Contribute to departmental quality assurance, assessment, and continuous improvement activities

Requirements

Essential

  • Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Business Management in a further or higher education setting
  • Experience delivering at Business Level 4 to 6 and within a Higher Education environment
  • Recognised teaching qualification obtained in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS check registered with the online Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire students at degree level
