Benefits

Winners receive full course fees for the normal length of the degree, three or four years depending on the course.

A grant for living costs is included. One return air fare per year is also covered.

The award renews each year subject to satisfactory academic progress. Scholars write an annual report on their activities.

Eligibility

You must be a national of a country that receives official development assistance from the OECD Development Assistance Committee. You must be unable to study for a degree in your own country for political or financial reasons, or because equivalent facilities do not exist.
