The Justus & Louise van Effen Excellence Scholarship 2027 covers full tuition and a contribution towards living expenses for a two year master’s at TU Delft in the Netherlands.
It is for outstanding international students admitted to regular MSc programmes. About 16 full scholarships are available, two per faculty.

TU Delft Excellence Scholarship 2027 Benefits
Winners receive full tuition fees for the duration of the two year programme based on the applicable rate.
A contribution towards living expenses is included. Membership in the TU Delft Scholarship Club is provided.
The award is highly competitive and based on academic excellence.
Eligibility
You must be an excellent international applicant conditionally or fully admitted to a regular two year TU Delft MSc programme.
Previous results should place you among the top students. Relevant bachelor degree required.
Complete MSc application must be submitted by the deadline. English proficiency proof is needed.
Application Deadline
The deadline is 1 December 2026 at 23:59 CET.
Results are announced by the end of March 2027. Studies start in September 2027.
MSc applications open around mid October 2026.

Upload the Scholarship Application Form and one reference letter with the application.
No separate portal is required. Selection follows positive admission assessment.
Important Notes
Financial extensions beyond two years are not covered. Confirm exact living contribution on the official page.
