About the Role

Tim Hortons is hiring full-time Team Members for their location in Rural British Columbia as part of the BC Rural Recruitment Program. This position offers a one-time opportunity for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) for successful candidates — a chance to secure long-term employment and establish roots in the region. As a Team Member, your top priority is guest satisfaction, delivering and creating exceptional guest experiences every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with hospitality as the first point of contact
• Complete guest orders including coffees, Iced Capps, donuts, and more
• Create delicious sandwiches and wraps
• Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products
• Follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
• Maintain a clean and organised environment that exceeds guest expectations
• Deliver fast, friendly, and exceptional guest experiences at all times

• No formal education required

Experience

• No experience required — training will be provided

Work Schedule
