Account Development Manager Job in Orangeville, ON | $60,000 – $70,000 per Year

About the Role

Canadian Industries Ltd. is looking for an Account Development Manager to grow new sales through assigned Pittsburgh Paints Company stores in and around the Orangeville, ON area. The role involves growing existing business year-over-year while developing new accounts, and will be primarily remote and field-based with daily travel across an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding customer service is provided to existing accounts by staying current on promotions, new products, and best practices to identify opportunities for growth
• Develop account planning strategies, identify sales opportunities, and build a strong understanding of existing business and the market segments they serve
• Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage accounts, maintain call logs and contact information, and run reports
• Collaborate with store managers and employees to ensure customer needs are consistently met
• Facilitate customer quotes and achieve margin targets in line with established pricing strategies

Requirements

Essential

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience with a strong track record in customer service
• Valid driver’s licence with the ability to travel daily within an assigned territory
• Must be authorised to work in Canada without employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future (this includes WP, LMIA, TFWP, IMP, PGWP, CUSMA, GTS, OWP, BOWP, SOWP, or any other employment-based visa)

Preferred

• Experience with CRM software
• Previous experience in the coatings or paint industry
