Nico Systems and Consultancy Limited is seeking an organised, detail-oriented Office Administrator / Operations Assistant to support daily business operations and customer engagement activities. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Only candidates currently residing in Port Harcourt will be considered.

NicoWebhost is a professional website design and managed hosting company based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. In operation since 2001, the company has over 20 years of trusted experience building and managing websites for Nigerian businesses. NicoWebhost provides ongoing hosting management, domain renewal, and business support services long after a website goes live.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Assist clients with basic support requests and issue escalation
- Track invoices and follow up on customer payments
- Maintain organised customer and office records
- Prepare daily activity reports and operational updates
- Coordinate office schedules and administrative activities
- Support social media and online business activities
- Assist with general administrative and operational duties as required
Requirements
Education
- Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in any relevant discipline
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or operations support role
Skills and Attributes
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, email, and internet tools
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Candidates with knowledge of any of the following will have an advantage: web hosting, domain management, customer support tools, social media management, Canva, basic website management, or Excel and Google Sheets.
