This is a hands-on, performance-driven program. Selected candidates will work on real business activities from day one, gain exposure across key functions, and build the skills needed to thrive in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
What You Will Do
- Contribute to business development initiatives and client acquisition activities
- Manage and grow client relationships while maintaining high service standards
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to revenue growth initiatives
- Work across teams on commercial and operational projects
- Analyze business performance and prepare reports and insights
- Participate in structured training and rotational assignments across the business
What We Are Looking For
- Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of markets, customer needs, and business growth, with the ability to spot opportunities and think beyond the obvious
- Agility: Ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
- Initiative: Demonstrated ownership and the drive to act without constant supervision while actively looking for ways to add value
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems, interpret information, and make sound, data-driven decisions
- Communication: Clear and confident expression of ideas both verbally and in writing
- Digital Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to analyze and present information
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a closely related discipline, with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or equivalent
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program is required; Discharge Certificate or Exemption Letter must be available
- 0 to 2 years of post-graduate experience, including NYSC period
- Open to graduates of 2023, 2024, and 2025
- Prior involvement in internships, leadership roles, projects, or other structured activities is an added advantage
- Willingness to relocate and work across different locations in Nigeria as required
