About the Role

Fairfield Medical Practice is seeking a dedicated full-time Medical Administrator to join their friendly team at a 4-partner, 7-GP practice in Inverness serving around 7000 patients from purpose-built premises. The role involves acting as the primary contact point for patients, ensuring they receive courteous and efficient direction to the right healthcare services or professionals.

You will also deliver general support to the practice team while maintaining a positive and welcoming image for all visitors, whether in person or over the phone. An employer pension contribution of 22.5% is included with this permanent position. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
