Requirements

Essential

  • Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or equivalent
  • Strong industry knowledge and practical skills in electrical systems
  • Ability to plan and deliver effective, engaging lessons
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for teaching

Desirable

  • Previous lecturing or training experience in a further education or similar setting
  • Recognised teaching qualification such as AET, PTLLS, CET, or equivalent
