About the Role

SureCare Central Cheshire is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to support older adults living in their own homes across Nantwich and the surrounding areas. The role focuses on helping clients return home from hospital, maintain independence, and receive high-quality personal care that enables them to stay comfortable in familiar surroundings. Team members deliver a wide range of support services while building meaningful relationships with clients who value consistency and compassion.

Full training is provided through an in-house induction programme, shadowing opportunities, and the Care Certificate, so previous experience is not required. Successful candidates will enjoy structured progression routes including NVQ qualifications and the chance to specialise in areas of care they enjoy most. Visa sponsorship is Not Available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care including washing, dressing, and hygiene support
  • Prepare meals and assist with medication administration
  • Carry out light cleaning and household duties
  • Accompany clients to appointments and reduce social isolation through friendly interaction
  • Work as part of a team or double-handed care rota to deliver safe, high-quality support
